Peel the apples and cut them into pieces. Whisk the egg with the sugar and butter, add the anisette, baking powder and a pinch of salt. The mixture should be creamy. Slowly add the flour and then the pieces of apple. Pour the mixture into a baking tin which has been previously greased and floured. Bake in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
